Quotes August 3, 2000 Hello Ken. I hope that you remember me. I had to write you an e-mail to tell you that I think that you have a wonderful place in New Smyrna Beach. Your condo was just perfect for my kids and I. We all had a great time. I cannot tell you how impressed I was with the condo. The location of the condo was perfect with the beach. We had a lot of good weather and of course some rain. I got to meet Janey and she was just absolutely wonderful. She made us feel very welcomed. I don't know when we will get to go back but when we do you can believe that we will be staying there. I know that the price will be different as I know that you were running a special. If you would please keep me on a mailing list if you run any more specials I would really appreciate it. As far as any suggestions, you might think about advertising that it is near the part of the beach where driving is prohibited. I really think that's a plus not having to worry about cars and all, but also being near the lifeguard stations. When we go to the beach for the day we usually go to Canaveral National Seashore for those reasons but the drawback there is no lifeguards. My mother-in-law lives in Port Orange, so we usually take a trip to Florida once a year. I will definitely try to stay in your unit next year if available. We usually go around Columbus Day. I work for major airline and traveling is best during off peak times. My two kids enjoyed the easy beach access immensely. I cannot think of any improvements to make. We walked to the beach everyday in less than 4 minutes. Not having to use a key to get in was very convenient (so we didn't lose it). We liked that the pool was directly outside the sliding glass doors. It wasn't very crowded. We will definitely think about using your condo again if we return to New Smyrna. Thank you so much.

It's been about a month since my family and I have returned
home to Detroit, MI. Just writing to say what a great
time my family and I had in New Smyrna as always. I have
family who lives there so we visit as often as possible and
would definitely consider renting your unit again. The
location was great. Others may have forgotten to mention
that just across the street is a 24-HR 7-Eleven. Who
could pass up a slurpee on a hot summer day laying on the
beach? Not to mention the Foodlion grocery store is less
than a block away so you could utilize the kitchen. It
has everything you imagine that you would need except a
blender for margaritas. The price is right for this
place, not to mention it was an unplanned trip so I only gave
you a week's notice. I found that you could sleep at
least six comfortably and the new futon with the extra thick
mattress was very nice. The unit has everything from
plenty of clean sheets, pillowcases, towels, ironing board and
iron, even floating devices found in the closet for the
pool. Keep us on a mailing list and let us know of your
units in Orlando too! For those who will be visiting the
New Smyrna area if you'd like to have a fine dinner over
looking the river check out Riverviews on Flagler on the
riverfront patio. The Conti's provide great live singing
entertainment and I'm not just saying that because they're
family. Ask any of the locals and they'll tell you what
a lovely experience this can be. If anyone has any
questions we would be happy to let them know what a nice place

We had a great time! The weather was perfect. The condo worked out well for us. I can't think of anything that was missing that we needed. The rooms seem to be very quiet. The walls don't let any sounds go through. I asked the neighbor if we were too noisy one night and he said he heard nothing. We enjoyed taking the beds out of the wall and putting them back! We met some friendly neighbors. I should probably add it's close to a grocery store, slurpies at 7 - 11, bicycle rentals just two blocks away, an hour or less from many attractions, and the beach is right across the street. Those are other reasons we like the location. Last year we stayed across the street so we knew the area. Thanks again for having the condo for rent at a reasonable price. For a place I’m told that was condemned 2 years ago (hurricane damage), I commend you, other owners and the management there. You have all done a fine job! I would definitely recommend a stay at Mariner’s Cove. As far as your units, Ken, they were as you mentioned. Very clean, neat and comfortable to stay in.
